  • Any other individuals expressly authorized by the CEO or COO

Media Inquiries

All media inquiries should be directed to the PR Manager at info@hnr-solutions.co.uk. Employees and representatives who receive media inquiries must promptly notify the PR Manager and provide details of the inquiry, including the name of the journalist, the media outlet, and the nature of the request.

Guidelines for Media Interaction

When interacting with the media, authorized spokespersons must adhere to the following guidelines:

Accuracy:
Ensure that all information provided to the media is accurate, factual, and verifiable. Avoid speculation and refrain from discussing confidential or proprietary information.

Consistency:
Deliver consistent messages that align with the company’s values, goals, and official statements. Ensure that all communications are coordinated with the PR Manager.

Preparedness:
Be well-prepared for media interviews. Familiarize yourself with the key messages, facts, and figures relevant to the topic. Rehearse potential questions and answers.


Confidentiality:
Do not disclose sensitive or confidential information, including details about clients, candidates, financial performance, or internal policies, unless authorized to do so.

Professionalism:
Maintain a professional demeanour at all times. Be courteous, respectful, and considerate in your interactions with journalists and media representatives.

Approval:
Obtain approval from the PR Manager before sharing any written statements, press releases, or other official communications with the media.

Social Media

Employees and representatives are encouraged to promote HNR Solutions Ltd positively on social media, but must do so responsibly and in accordance with our Social Media Policy. Personal opinions should be clearly distinguished from official company statements. Any media inquiries received via social media should be directed to the PR Manager

Crisis Communication

In the event of a crisis or emergency situation, all media communications will be handled by the Crisis Management Team, led by the CEO and PR Manager. Employees and representatives must refrain from making any statements to the media and should direct all inquiries to the PR Manager.

Training

HNR Solutions Ltd will provide media training to authorized spokespersons and other relevant employees to ensure effective and professional media interactions. Training will cover key messaging, interview techniques, and media handling strategies.

Violations

Any violation of this Media Policy may result in disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment or contract. Unauthorized communication with the media can lead to misinformation, damage to the company’s reputation, and potential legal consequences.

Review and Updates
